    (a) General. (1) Tolerances are established for residues of the 
insecticide tebufenozide, benzoic acid, 3,5-dimethyl-1-(1,1-
dimethylethyl)-2-(4-ethylbenzoyl)hydrazide, in or on the following raw 
agricultural commodities:

    (2) Tolerances are established for the combined residues of 
tebufenozide and its metabolites benzoic acid, 3,5-dimethyl-1-(1,1-
dimethylethyl)-2-((4-carboxymethyl)benzoyl)hydrazide), benzoic acid, 3-
hydroxymethyl,5-methyl-1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-(4-
ethylbenzoyl)hydrazide, the stearic acid conjugate of benzoic acid, 3-
hydroxymethyl,5-methyl-1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-(4-ethylbenzoyl)hydrazide 
and benzoic acid, 3-hydroxymethyl-5-methyl-1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-(4-
(1-hydroxyethyl)benzoyl)hydrazide.

    (b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are 
established for residues of the insecticide benzoic acid in connection 
with use of the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions granted 
by EPA. The tolerances will expire and are revoked on the dates 
specified in the following table.

    (d) Indirect or inadvertent residues. Tolerances are established for 
the indirect or inadvertent combined residues of tebufenozide benzoic 
acid, 3,5-dimethyl-1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-(4- ethylbenzoyl)hydrazide 
and its metabolite benzoic acid, 3,5-dimethyl-1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2- 
[4-(1-hydroxyethyl)benzoyl]hydrazide in or on the raw agricultural 
commodities when present therin as a result of the application of 
tebufenozide to growing crops listed in paragraph (a) of this section to 
read as follows:
