Sec. 180.464  Dimethenamid, 2-chloro-N-[(1-methyl-2-methoxy)ethyl]-N-(2,
4-dimethylthien-3-yl)-acetamide.

    (a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of the 
herbicide dimethenamid, 1(R,S)-2-chloro-N-[(1-methyl-2-methoxy)ethyl]-N-
(2,4-dimethylthien-3-yl)-acetamide in or on the following food 
commodities:

    (b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are 
established for residues of the herbicide dimethenamid in connection 
with the use of the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions 
granted by EPA. These tolerances will expire and are revoked on the 
dates specified in the following table.
