(a) General. (1) Tolerances are established for the combined
residues of the herbicide clethodim ((E)-()-2-[1-
[[(3-chloro-2-propenyl)oxy]imino]propyl]-5-[2-(ethylthio)propyl]-3-
hydroxy-2-cyclohexen-1-one) and its metabolites containing the 2-
cyclohexen-1-one moiety in or on the following raw agricultural
commodities.

cyclohexen-1-one) and its metabolites containing the 5-(2-
ethylthiopropyl)cyclohexene-3-one and 5-(2-(ethylthiopropyl)-5-
hydroxycyclohexene-3-one moieties and their sulphoxides and sulphones,
expressed as clethodim in or on the following raw agricultural
commodities:

propenyl)oxy]imino]propyl]-5-[2-(ethylthio)propyl]-3-hydroxy-2-
cyclohexen-1-one] and its metabolites containing the 5-(2-
ethylthiopropyl)cyclohexen-3-one and 5-(2-ethylthiopropyl)-5-
hydroxycyclohexen-3-one moieties and their sulphoxides and sulphones,
expressed as clethodim tolerance residues for the following commodities.

cyclohexen-1-one) and its metabolites containing the 2-cyclohexen-1-one
moiety in or on the following feeds.

(b)Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are
established for the combined residues of clethodim, [(E)-()-2-[1-[[(3-chloro-2-propenyl)oxy]imino]propyl]-5-[2-
(ethylthio)propyl]-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexen-1-one] and its metabolites
containing the 5-(2-ethylthiopropyl)cyclohexene-3-one and 5-(2-
ethylthiopropyl)-5-hydroxycyclohexene-3-one moieties and their
sulphoxides and sulphones, expressed as clethodim in connection with use
of the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA.
These tolerances will expire and are revoked on the date specified in
the following table:
