Sec. 180.449 Avermectin B1 and its delta-8,9-isomer;
tolerances for residues.
(a) General. Tolerances are established for the combined residues of
the insecticide avermectin B1 (a mixture of avermectins
containing greater than or equal to 80% avermectin B1a (5-O-
demethyl avermectin A1) and less than or equal to 20%
avermectin B1b (5-O-demethyl-25-de(1-methylpropyl)-25-(1-
methylethyl) avermectin A1)) and its delta-8,9-isomer in or
on the following commodities:

(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are
established for residues of the miticide avermectin B1 and
its delta-8,9-isomer in connection with use of the pesticide under
section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA. These tolerances will
expire and are revoked on the dates specified in the following table:
