Sec. 180.409 Pirimiphos-methyl; tolerances for residues.

    (a) General. (1) Tolerances are established for the combined
residues of the insecticide pirimiphos-methyl, O-[2-diethylamino-6-
methyl-4-pyrimidinyl) O,O-dimethyl phosphorothioate, the metabolite O-
[2-ethylamino-6-methyl-pyrimidin-4-yl) O,O-dimethyl

phosphorothioate and, in free and conjugated form, the metabolites 2-
diethylamino-6-methyl-pyrimidin-4-ol), 2-ethylamino-6-methyl-pyrimidin-
4-ol, and 2-amino-6-methyl-pyrimidin-4-ol in or on the following food
commodities:

of the insecticide pirimiphos-methyl (0-[2-diethylamino-6-methyl-4-
pyrimidinyl]O,O-dimethyl phosphorothioate) and its metabolite O-(2-
ethylamino-6-methyl-pyrimidine-4-yl)O,O-dimethylphosphorothioate and, in
free and conjugated forms, the metabolites 2-diethylamino-6-methyl-
pyrimidin-4-ol,2-ethylamino-6-methyl-pyrimidin-4-ol, and 2-amino-6-
methylpyrimidin-4-ol in or on the processed commodity wheat flour as a
result of application to stored wheat grain. There are no U.S.
registrations for use of pirimiphos-methyl on wheat, as of June 12,
1990.
    (b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. [Reserved]
