    (a) Tolerances are established for the combined residues of the 
herbicide thiobencarb (S-[(4-chloro phenyl)methyl]diethyl-carba moth io 
ate) and its chloro benzyl and chloro phenyl moiety-con tain ing metab 
olites in or on the following raw agricultural commodities:
