    (a) General. Tolerances are established for the combined residues of 
the fungicide carboxin (5,6-dihydro-2-methyl-1,4-oxa thi in-3-car box a 
nil ide) and its met a bo lite 5,6-di hy dro-3-car box a nil ide-2-meth 
yl-1,4-oxa thi in-4-ox ide (calculated as car box in) (from treatment of 
seed prior to planting) in or on raw agricultural commodities as
