(a) General. Time limited tolerances are established for residues of the herbicide terbacil (3-tert-Butyl-5- chloro-6-methyluracil and its three metabolites 3-tert-butyl-5-chloro-6- hydroxymethyluracil,6-chloro-2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxymethyl 3,3-dimethyl- 5H-oxazolo (3,2-a) pyrimidin-5-one, and 6-chloro-2,3-dihydro-3,3,7- trimethyl-5H-oxazolo (3,2-a) pyrimidin-5-one), calculated as terbacil, in connection with use of the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA. The tolerance is specified in the following table.
