    An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for 
residues of the biological plant pesticide Coat Protein of Watermelon 
Mosaic Virus-2 and Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Virus and the genetic material 
necessary for its production in or on all food commodities.
