Sec. 180.1152  Bacillus thuringiensis CryIA(b) delta-endotoxin and the 

genetic material necessary for its production (plasmid vector pCIB4431) 
in corn; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.

    Bacillus thuringiensis CryIA(b) delta-endotoxin and the genetic 
material necessary for its production (plasmid vector pCIB4431) in corn 
is exempt from the requirement of a tolerance when

used as a plant pesticide in the raw agricultural commodities of field 
corn, sweet corn, and popcorn. ``Genetic material necessary for its 
production'' means the genetic materials which comprise genetic material 
encoding the CryIA(b) delta-endotoxin and its regulatory regions. 
``Regulatory regions'' are the genetic materials that control the 
expression of the genetic material encoding the CryIA(b) delta-
endotoxin, such as promoters, terminators, and enhancers.
