Sec. 180.1066  O-O-Diethyl-O-phenylphosphorothioate; exemption from the 
requirement of a tolerance.

    O-O-Diethyl-O-phen yl phos pho rothioate, applied at a maximum of 1 
pound per acre, is exempted from the requirement of a tolerance when use 
as an inert ingredient herbicide extender in formulations containing S-
ethyl di pro pyl thio car ba mate, S-ethyl hex a hydro-H-azepine-l-car 
bo thioate, S- ethyl cy clo hex yl ethyl thio car ba mate, S-propyl di 
pro pyl thio car ba mate, S-ethyl di iso bu tyl thio car ba mate and S-
propyl bu tyl ethyl thio car ba mate applied, in accordance with good 
agricultural practices, to crops prior to harvest, at a maximum rate of 
1 pound O,O-diethyl-O-phenylphosphorothioate per acre.
