Stanford's Health Improvement Program (HIP) has begun
registration for the fall quarter. Eight classes
will be offered at SLAC, including pilates, yoga, healthy
back exercise, and "Breathe to Relax" stress management.

BeWell Employee Incentive Program: Benefits-eligible Stanford
University employees and family members and University retirees
who have completed Steps 1 and 2 of the BeWell Employee
Incentive Program are eligible for a reduced group fitness class
fee of only $20 per section. When registering online, eligible
participants will automatically see the $20 class fee. For more
