Public Comment: OISE replaced program solicitation NSF 03-559 with two solicitations, as follows: NSF 04-035, for Planning Visits and Workshops; and NSF 04-036, for Developing Global Scientists and Engineers. A new solicitation was added: NSF 05-533, Partnerships for International Research and Education (PIRE). OISE’s three other program solicitations remain in effect - NSF 05-599 International Research Fellowship Program, NSF 05-617 East Asia and Pacific Summer Institutes for U.S. Graduate Students, and NSF 03-506 Pan-American Advanced Studies Institutes Program.
