Houston, TX -- Rebuilding counselors from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will continue to provide advice on cleaning up and rebuilding stronger in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Allison.

Beginning Saturday, July 28, mitigation counselors will be at four stores to answer questions and discuss cleanup and building techniques (in both English and Spanish). They will be at the locations during regular business hours - 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

"Previous efforts proved successful," said Brad Davis, FEMA hazard mitigation officer. "FEMA booths have been set up in eight Home Depot and Lowe's stores for the past three weeks. FEMA mitigation officers have counseled more than 3,000 people affected by Tropical Storm Allison."

The schedule for hazard mitigation counseling:

Home Depot, Greenspoint

Monday through Wednesday, July 30-Aug.1

Lowe's, Spring, Texas
