Navy Equal Opportunity and Sexual Harassment Advice Line, NEOD, BNP, USN

Mission statement:

The Navy Equal Opportunity anonymous Adviceline is staffed by Navy personnel in Millinton, TN. Calls after normal business hours may leave a message on voice mail, and will be answered the following business day. Personnel who answer the Adviceline are qualified to answer questions regarding the Navy's EO, Fraternization, and Hazing policies. Although members may not file complaints over the Adviceline, they will receive guidance on policy, and may be referred to an Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) in their area or be referred to other agencies as appropriate. If a member calls on the Adviceline with allegations of assault, rape, or other criminal activity, they are referred to Navy Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) and a Sexual Assault Victim Intervention (SAVI) caseworker as necessary.
