Eligible Applicants: Organizations primarily serving and representing Native Hawaiians for the benefit of Native Hawaiian youth. Applicants must include information in their application as to how they primarily serve and represent Native Hawaiians for the benefit of Native Hawaiian youth.

This could include: Independent school districts, State controlled institutions of higher education, Nonprofits other than institutions of higher education [includes community action agencies and other organizations having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS], for profit organizations other than small businesses.
