• EPA Withdraws Cause Marketing Pesticide Label Proposal
  After a two-year process of EPA proposals and public comment periods, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) withdrew its draft notice on label statements regarding cause marketing and third-party endorsements.
• Beyond Pesticides Advocates for Stronger Protections for People with Chemical Sensitivity (8/19/08) In a comment to the Department of Justice, Beyond Pesticides and others urge the DOJ to recognize chemical sensitivity in the accessibility standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Groups Tell EPA to Stop Uses of Anti-Bacterial Consumer Products (7/7/08) In comments to EPA on its new risk assessment and evaluation of the widely used anti-bacterial chemical triclosan groups point to health and environmental effects and call for end to consumer products.
