Sites with Superfund alternative approach agreements in the region (Non-NPL)

The National Priorities List is a published list of hazardous waste sites in the country that are eligible for extensive, long-term clean-up actions under the Superfund program. U.S. EPA has developed an assessment and scoring system called the Hazard Ranking System (HRS) to evaluate the dangers posed by hazardous waste sites. Sites that score high enough on the HRS are eligible for the NPL.
