In connection with any application that has been filed in accordance with the requirements of Sec. Sec. 901.2 and 901.3 of this rule and following initial review of the application, a notice of such filing shall be published by the Commission in the Federal Register, and a copy of such application shall be made available for examination by interested persons during business hours at the Federal Trade Commission, Public Reference Room, Room 130. A period of time shall be allowed from the date of such publication for interested parties to submit written comments to the Commission regarding that application.
