Rafting Tours
Whitewater raft trips on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon last from 3 days to 21 days and require reservations well in advance. For more rafting information visit the Grand Canyon National Park Web site.
We do not offer the option to make reservations online for Grand Canyon rafting tours; however, we are happy to process your request online via our Reservation Request Form. Please note this is only a request for a reservation and not a confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee availability. Smooth Water Raft Tours
This tour includes transportation from the Grand Canyon South Rim to Glen Canyon Dam (Lake Powell), just outside Page, Arizona.
Your raft adventure will begin on the Colorado River at the base of the Glen Canyon Dam. With the dam soaring 583 feet above, you will board a motorized pontoon raft for your 15 mile journey down a calm stretch of the Colorado River.
Raft through one of the most beautiful parts of the Western United States. As you follow the route of Major John Wesley Powell through Glen Canyon, your tour guide will tell the story of the area's soaring sandstone cliffs, crystal blue-green waters, and abundant wildlife.
See ancient petroglyphs while taking a break on the bank of the river. Take another break to enjoy a sandwich buffet on a sandy beach. The river portion of the trip ends at historic Lees Ferry. You will then be returned to the South Rim in the late afternoon/early evening.
This trip operates seasonally and is an all-day adventure that lasts approximately 12 hours. This tour includes motorcoach transportation between the Grand Canyon South Rim and Glen Canyon Dam for $159 per adult and $139 for children age 4 to 11. (Children under age 4 are not permitted on this trip.)
