Both solicitations are in support of NIFL's LINCS (Literacy Information and Communication System). They are part of LINCS' continuing effort to enhance the technological capacities of the literacy community and to provide rich multimedia content in major literacy-related areas. The two solicitations are for: 1. Applications from organizations for LINCS Special Collection Development Partners awards to support the creation and maintenance of subject-specific web resources. 2. Applications from organizations for LINCS Regional Technology Center awards to support the creation of regional technology coordinating centers to expand and coordinate LINCS services at the regional and state level.
