However, if she was listed or introduced as Sharon Darling, a citizen interested in family literacy, and left any references to the NCFL out of her intro. or speech, then the affiliation NCFL might have with the republican party would not appear to be so evident. I am concerned that the NCFL, which should be "above the political scene", appears to have very public ties to the republican party. How do others feel?
