Utah Navajo Health System (UNHS), based in Montezuma Creek, Utah, is a registered private and non-profit corporation with Navajo Nation, a federally-designated Section 330 Community Health Center, and a JCAHO accredited organization that serves the population of San Juan County. UNHS provides dental, medical, behavioral, and preventive health care services for more than 10,500 Navajo and non-Native Americans through its Montezuma Creek Community Health Center, Blanding Family Practice, Aneth Community School, Bluff Community Center, Monument Valley Community Health Center and Navajo Mountain Community Health Center facilities.
