Introduction

The 1999 Federal Campus-Based Programs Data Book provides fiscal information and recipient data for the 1997-98 award year and institutional allocation data for the 1999-2000 award year. These data were generated from the institutional data file of the Fiscal Operations Report for 1997-98 and Application to Participate for 1999-2000 (FISAP) as of March 1, 1999.

• Allocations of Program Funds to Participating Institutions for Award year 1999-2000
• Fiscal Data Reported by Participating Institutions for Award Year 1997-98, and
• Student Recipient Data Reported by Participating Institutions for Award Year 1997-98.

Included in this report are statistical tables providing funding levels, administrative costs, and default data by State and institutional type and control, and other essential fiscal and recipient data.
