Biography:
Dr. Darleen Fisher is a Program Director in the National Science Foundations Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE) Division of Computer and Network Systems (CNS) Network Systems Cluster.
Dr. Fisher received her Ph.D. from Syracuse University. She is a member of IEEE and ACM.
