Final Rules for loans issues, general provisions, and ACG/National SMART Grants have been published in the Federal Register.

The U.S. Department of Education established four negotiating committees to address: (1) Title IV loan issues; (2) issues related to the Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) and National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant (National SMART Grant) programs; (3) General Provisions; and (4) Accreditation.
