May 3, 2000: A Compliance Workshop in Ann Arbor, MI addressed the implementation of Tier 2 emission requirements for light duty vehicles, light duty trucks and medium duty passenger vehicles. The workshop focused on answering questions about implementing Tier 2, on presenting a brief overview of Tier 2 regulations, and on discussing certification procedures for early opt-in.
