Reclamation is currently developing a Work Plan for preparation of a Final Environmental Impact Statement analyzing the impacts from various alternatives for implementing a Final CVP M&I Water Shortage Policy. This is the next step toward meeting compliance requirements under the National Environmental Policy Act.
