Deputy Secretary of Education Gene Hickok presents grant awards to local representatives from Page Unified School, Little Singer Community School and Dine College during an event at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz. Deputy Secretary Gene Hickok presents a grant award for $1,952,618 to Dine College President Ferlin Clark. The award will be used to improve its campus-wide networking system, including data, voice and video technology.
