Transcript: When schools work for students we say "Hooray." And when they don't, parents must have other opportunities.

Clip #3:   ListenStream (:12)
 DownloadDownloadMP3 185k | WAV (zipped) 1.3mb

Transcript: States could either seek up to four thousand dollars in funding for students to attend private schools, or up to three thousand dollars for students to participate in additional supplemental services.

Clip #4:   ListenStream (:18)

Transcript: Sixty-two percent of Americans make choices about their communities, the communities they live in, because of the quality of schools. And that frequently is reserved to those of us who can afford to make those choices. But for those who can't it's unfair and not right for them to be trapped in schools that don't perform.
