The mission of the National Research Center for Career and Technical Education is to improve the engagement, achievement and transition of high school and postsecondary CTE students through technical assistance to states, professional development for CTE practitioners and dissemination of knowledge derived from scientifically based research.

Research and the Model
The Math-in-CTE model is a research-based curriculum integration model designed to enhance mathematics embedded in career and technical education (CTE) content.
Math in CTE: Technical Assistance
The National Research Center for Career and Technical Education offers technical assistance to states interested in implementing the Math-in-CTE model.
Announcing Math-in-CTE Jump-Start
The Jump-Start Initiative is an introductory program for states who are considering implementing the Math-in-CTE model. It was designed to inform participants, increase leadership capacity for implementation, and offer hands-on practice under the guidance of national Math-in-CTE facilitators.
