Public Access to National Science Board Meeting Transcripts

Transcripts of the open and closed plenary meetings of the National Science Board are available for public inspection in the NSF library reading room, with those portions of the discussions that relate to subjects exempted from public disclosure under 5 U.S.C. §§ 552b(c) and 552b(d) withheld.
