Email (Registration)
Email addresses should not contain spaces, commas or http://. It will cause errors, such as a Jurisdiction will not receive warning and approval emails from the BVP Program. It is extremely important that the Email address is correct. You can not be approved without a valid Email address. Free Email

Estimated BVP Portion of Total Cost (Application)
The dollar amount BVP approves, if 50% is approved.

Emergency Replacement Needs:
Emergency replacement needs cover vests that are potentially defective, vests that have been lost, stolen, or damaged, and vests needed as a result of unanticipated officer turnover occurring within the last 3 to 6 months. It DOES NOT include tactical vests or routine agency needs for new or replacement vests unless those vests contain Zylon and must be replaced immediately.

Federal ID Number (Registration)
Federally issued number assigned to your jurisdiction under which federal withholding taxes are deposited.

Gender (Application/Registration)
Some vests are gender specific male, female or either.

Gov't Census ID # (Registration)
This is a system generated ID that is automatically assigned by the Database and is specific for each participating Jurisdiction.

Government Type (Registration)
(Same as Jurisdiction Type)
