Please revise your proposed rules to require that food
producers/processors are mandated to provide clear and consistent
labelling of foods that contain genetically engineered/modified
components.  This would ensure that 
consumers are reliably informed about the contents of their food choices,
resulting in an increase of consumer confidence in the safety of the
American food supply, and of the effectiveness and integrity of the FDA,
the guardian thereof.
