Subject: Labels on Allergy-causing foods

Dear Commissioner:
 
Please do whatever is necessary to require food manufacturers to list ALL allergens in their products, as well as putting safeguards into place to prevent accidental contamination of food products.  Toll free numbers should be required on all food product labels so that consumers can call for information on ingredients that are lumped together as "natural flavors" or other generic categories.
