Subject: downed animals 

Hello, I write this in hopes that you will prohibit downed animals from being 
sold.  Not only is this obviously usually inhumane for the animal, but also 
unhealthy for the consumer. Downed animals are more likely to contain 
dangerous bacteria.  Please take this into consideration and end the selling 
of these animals
