NOVA scienceNOW
Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson hosts the latest installment of the innovative science magazine, NOVA scienceNOW. This episode, airing Nov. 21 at 8pm ET/PT on PBS, presents four intriguing science stories that investigate robots with emotions, a mass-extinction murder mystery, a daring experiment with a killer flu bug, and how space-age technology is helping to decipher crumbling ancient manuscripts.

"NOVA scienceNOW" reports from the frontiers of science and technology. The series premiered in January 2005 and airs five times a year in the NOVA broadcast time slot on PBS. The episodes feature lively science news updates detailing important discoveries and issues -- from stories about hot technology or science subjects to profiles of leading scientists.
