For more information, please visit the Office of History's exhibit on Lt. Gen. Leslie R. Groves, Chief of the Manhattan Project, on the 3rd floor of the GAO Building outside of Military Programs. The exhibit is open now until June 13, 2008.

The mission of the Office of History is to collect, document, interpret, and preserve the history and heritage of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.   We are a separate office of the headquarters, located at the Humphreys Engineer Center on Telegraph Road in Alexandria, Virginia.   Our office includes research collections and a historical holding of several thousand artifacts.
