The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the demolition of the complex known as the Triple Wide Trailer, Building 6, located at the Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona. The project involves furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, materials and all necessary incidentals to demolish an existing triple wide trailer office complex which is deemed as no longer structurally sound as it has sustained both termite and water damage. The complex contains non-friable asbestos floor and ceiling tiles. This procurement will be done under simplified acquisition procedures as a service subject to the Service Contract Act. and is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond in the event that a fair and reasonable quote is not received by a responsible and responsive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concern, all quotes received from Small Business concerns will be considered without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238910. The small business size standard is $13.0 million. Work under this contract is located in Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona. The contractor will have sixty (60) calendar days after award of purchase order to complete the project.
