combination with another antidepressant.

dSome antidepressants are useful in treating neuropathic pain. The most
studied of these are the TCAs, particularly amitriptyline.

eSedating antidepressants are most useful for anxious/agitated patients.
These include the TCAs, trazodone, mirtazapine, and nefazodone.
