IMC 1245, App A (Basic-level Training and Certification Journal) has been revised in several sections: 1. Revised ISA-5, Allegations, to include references to the Office of Enforcement Webpage, to a brochure on Reporting Safety Concerns, and a fact sheet on the allegation process. 2. Revised ISA-7, The Enforcement Program, to provide more details. 3. Revised ISA-8, The Office of Investigations, to include discussions with OI investigators. 4. Added ISA-25, Security Requirements at Nuclear Power Plants, to provide a general understanding of the security requirements. 5. Revised ISA-21, Differing Professional Opinions (DPO), as a result of new DPO policy.

IMC 1245, App C1 (Reactor Operations Inspector Technical Proficiency Training and Qualification Journal) has been revised in OJT-OPS-3, Security Plan and Implementation, to better understand NRC response to security issues.

IMC 1245, App C2 (Reactor Engineering Inspector Technical Proficiency Training and Qualification Journal) has been revised in two sections: 1. Replaced requirements for R-200P/200B with R-104P/104B because R-200P/200B are no longer offered. 2. Revised ISA-ENG-4, Basic Codes, Standards and Regulatory Guides for Engineering Support, to stress that inspectors are only required to have a very fundamental knowledge of the basic codes, standards, and regulatory guides at the completion of this ISA.

IMC 1245, App C3 (Health Physics Inspector Technical Proficiency Training and Qualification Journal) has been revised in several sections: 1. Replaced requirements for R-200P/200B with R-104P/104B because R-200P/200B are no longer offered. 2. Revised ISA-HP-4, ALARA Planning and Controls, to include a case study. 3. Revised ISA-HP-5, Radiation Monitoring Instrumentation, to include a case study. 4. Revised ISA-HP-6, Radioactive Material Processing and Transportation, to include a case study.

IMC 1245, App C6 (Emergency Preparedness Inspector Technical Proficiency Training and Qualification Journal) has been revised to replace the requirements for R-200P/200B with R-104P/104B because R-200P/200B are no longer offered.

IMC 1245, App C10 (Operator Licensing (OL) Examiner Technical Proficiency Training and Qualification Journal) has been revised to removed reference in ISA-OLE-12, Operator Licensing Appeals and Hearings, that is no longer available.
