Overview of the Small Business ProgramThe Small Business Program is an advocacy program for all categories of small businesses, including 8(a), disadvantaged, woman-owned, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), and service-disabled veteran-owned firms. NRC seeks to identify quality firms from among these businesses,
provide them appropriate business opportunity information, and advocate
their participation in procuring NRC business. We monitor and evaluate
