The Fourteenth World Conference on Earthquake Engineering (14WCEE) will serve as an international forum at which specialists in earthquake engineering and relevant fields may exchange the latest research results and technologies. The aim of the Conference is to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners worldwide from a broad range of disciplines to collaborate in reducing the impact of earthquakes on our society and natural environment.

Soft computing Technology includes aspects of computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, evolutionary based methods and tools. Most frequently, soft computing technology methods are employed on complex and computationally intensive problems that have traditionally proved intractable for conventional analysis methods.
