Important Information for Visitors to a CDC Facility

When visiting a CDC facility, please report to the guard first.  Have the following ready:

  • Photo ID such as valid driver's license
  • Vehicle registration or rental car agreement.
  • Name of CDC staff you are visiting (including office location and telephone number)
  • The building and room number where you are going.

The guard will notify the person you are visiting.  You will be issued a temporary badge for the day.  The badge must be worn above the waist and be visible at all times when you are within the CDC facility.

If you are driving, the guard will issue a temporary parking permit for the day.   Parking is free within the facility.  Please park in designated visitor's parking spots only.

When leaving the CDC facility, please return the temporary badge and parking permit to the guard.
