Dr. Linda Bradley is the team lead for the Evaluation of Genomic Applications in Practice and Prevention (EGAPP) Initiative in the National Office of Public Health Genomics (NOPHG) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  Dr. Bradley received her Ph.D. in Human Genetics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.  She is certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics in clinical biochemical/molecular genetics, and is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics.  Before joining CDC, Dr. Bradley was a genetics laboratory director for many years, served on the American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG)/American Society of Human Genetics Joint Test and Technology Transfer Committee (1996-2000) and the ACMG Quality Assurance Committee (2001-2004), and was an initiator and core member of the CDC-sponsored ACCE Project.  She came to NOPHG on an Association of Teachers of Preventive Medicine mid-career award in 2002, and joined Dr. Muin Khoury’s group at NOPHG as a Geneticist in 2003.
