Summer Internship Program

You are just a couple of steps away from one of the most rewarding, exciting, and fulfilling experiences you can ever have. Your "office" will consist of breath taking mountains, thousand year old majestic trees, lakes, rivers, fresh air, and an occasional conference room and real office. This is what you can expect in a career with the US Forest Service and the California Consortium (CC) can help you get there. To qualify for an internship, you must:

1. Maintain good academic standing as defined by the school (typically 2.0 GPA or above)
2. Currently attending or enrolled half-time (typically 6 units) at an accredited school or university
3. Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Submit Double-Spaced. 1-2 pg Personal Statement that includes:
  Career Goals
  Obstacles/challenges you have had to overcome
  Accomplishments
• Submit School Transcripts (unofficial ok)
