Groundbreaking of St. Martin High School
Ocean Springs, MS, July 24, 2008 -- Various members of the Jackson County community gather at the groundbreaking of the St. Martin High School. MS TRO Public Assistance Section Chief Randy Walker represented FEMA at the event.
