New Castle, DE -- Federal and state officials are reminding those people affected by the recent flooding from Tropical Storm Henri that free help for disaster related stress is just a phone call away. "Disaster Outreach Project" staff is available to assist those in New Castle County who may need additional support during the recovery process.

On March 1, 2003, FEMA became part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
