Charleston, WV -- The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at the Milton Volunteer Fire Department will close at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2003. The center has completed service and successfully aided those who needed disaster assistance information as a result of the severe storms, flooding and landslides that began on June 11.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Helpline continues to be available for those who need information on:

You can get disaster information or register for assistance by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or (TTY) 1-800-462-7585 for the speech or hearing impaired. The line is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays).
