Charleston, WV - Disaster assistance registration and Helpline days for the toll-free number, 800-621-FEMA, change Sunday to six days a week. The line will not be open on Sundays.

Persons with hearing or speech impairments should call another toll-free number, (TTY) 800-462-7585, Monday through Saturday.

The 800 numbers are used for people impacted by the severe winter storm Feb. 16 and continuing to register for federal-state assistance, or by others who want to learn the status of their applications or about other available disaster programs.
